Becca Richardson, Founder, Director and Marketing Consultant 

Experience: Over 10 years across hospitality, renewable energy, events and exhibitions. 

Passions: Marketing, HubSpot, CRMs and processes and little J the cocker spaniel (and the hubby of course)


Matthew Stenson, Creative Marketing Assistant

Experience: Graduate in games design, 2 years in graphic design for events and socials

Passions: Graphic design, gaming and trips to Germany to see the missus.

How the BEE process works


The first stage of any project is to understand about your business, your competitors, what you are currently doing, and what you want to achieve in the short, medium and long-term.


At this stage, the project comes to life. Once I understand your business and how it operates, I’ll develop a strategy and plan to set you on the path to achieving your future goals and KPIs.


Whether you have an in-house marketing team or you need my support to deliver the plans, I love nothing more than seeing the project come to life; and will be there every step of the way.
